About
Deliver delicious meals to food-insecure seniors in Athens-Clarke County! Volunteers will accompany a shift leader on a route of 3-5 homes, assisting with driving directions as well as delivering a bag of food and meals for each home. We will deliver the meals and help our clients unload the food. Volunteers do not need to use their own vehicles as shift leaders will be driving. At the end of the route, we return the coolers to Talmage Terrace.
Requirements
All volunteers must complete a UGA Background Consent Form. Indicate on your registration if you still need to complete this form and you will be contacted with further instructions. Allow 3 business days from signing up for the shift to arrange to fill out a form at the Office of Service-Learning and allow it to process. Background Investigations require 2 business days to process after a completed form has been submitted.

Talmage Terrace - Lanier Gardens
After pulling into Talmage Terrace, do NOT parking in the main lot. Instead, continue to drive straight back to the parking lot that is behind the building. Park in any open spot and head over to the maintenance door next to the awning.
