About
Collect surplus food from Trader Joe's and Fresh Market! Volunteers will meet at the Office of Service-Learning. Campus Ktichen Shift Captains will drive the volunteers to grocery stores to pick up between 400-1000 pounds of food that would otherwise be thrown away. We will sort the morning's donations in the Campus Kitchen cooler at Talmage Terrace. Volunteers will be dropped off at the Office of Service-Learning at the end of the shift.
Requirements
Volunteers will be working in a food cooler, warm clothes recommended
