Come help fight senior hunger by assisting in our on-site garden at the Athens Community Council on Aging (ACCA)!

Volunteers will help prep garden beds for spring planting by collecting compost and soil into newly built beds. Students will learn about how to condition and maintain garden beds for a successful growing season.

All food grown on site is sold at the Tuesday public produce stand or to seniors facing food insecurity through the Meals on Wheels program at ACCA.

Must wear close toed shoes. Dress appropriate for weather.
PerksWater and granola bars will be provided.
Parking DetailsCome through parking lot and turn right by the trash and recycling. You will see the garden behind the building on the right. You may park in the parking spots there.
