Serve with Athens-Clarke County Animal Control!

Sunday, February 26th, 2017 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm (ET)

Join ServeUGA this semester for volunteering opportunities with the Athens-Clarke County Animal Control! The Athens-Clarke County Animal Control works toward protecting the public safety and health from at-large and dangerous animals and protecting animals from inhumane treatment. Volunteers will be interacting with dogs and cats at the site.

We volunteer on an ongoing basis at the Animal Control.  Once you sign-up, a Service Ambassador (ServeUGA site leader) will be in touch with you with more information about what to expect and transportation to the site. If you are requiring transportation, please meet the Service Ambassadors at the Center for Leadership and Service (2nd floor Tate) 20 minutes prior to the event start time. If you are driving yourself, please meet the ServeUGA van/site leaders at the parking lot/front of building to meet up before serving.

If you have any questions have this opportunity, please contact any of the following Service Ambassadors:

Daiannette Lopez:
Allison Miller:
