Description
Using surplus food collected from grocery stores and farmer's markets, volunteers will prepare balanced meals and grocery bags for older adult families at Talmage Terrace-Lanier Gardens. UGA students and community members of all culinary backgrounds are welcome! Volunteers will be given a brief food safety and kitchen training and then begin with the fun!

Requirements
Long pants, close-toed shoes, and shirts with sleeves are required. Please bring a baseball hat if you do not wish to wear a hairnet.

Parking DetailsPark in Talmage Terrace's main parking lot and walk into the lobby. The Campus Kitchen Shift Captain for your shift will meet you in the main lobby.
