Description

Meal planner(s) evaluate the donations we collect each Sunday, which typically amounts to over 1,000 pounds. They then plan two sets of balanced meals that will serve 100 people each. This shift requires creativity because it is never known what donations we will receive ahead of time! Meal planners will lead volunteers and guide them in sorting, counting, bagging, and weighing items. This shift takes place at Talmage, and a considerable amount of time will be spent in our cooler/freezer space.

Requirements
You will be working in a food cooler, warm clothes recommended.

Parking DetailsDrive straight through the parking lot down the hill. Park in visitor spots towards the end of the lot and walk in through the receiving doors facing the parking lot.
