Join ServeUGA this semester for volunteering opportunities with UGArden! UGArden promotes sustainable and healthy food systems through teaching students how to grow food with organic practices and sharing the harvests with members of the local community in need.
We volunteer on an ongoing basis with UGArden. Once you sign-up, a Service Ambassador (ServeUGA site leader) will be in touch with you with more information about what to expect and transportation to the site. If you are requiring transportation, please meet the Service Ambassadors at the Center for Leadership and Service (2nd floor Tate) 30 minutes prior to the event start time.

Hello ServeUGA Volunteers!
I am Matt and I will be leading your trip to UGArden tomorrow (Thursday, 2/29/18) along with Marq. I just wanted to touch base and provide some details before we get started,
What to bring?
-Closed toe shoes
-Long pants are recommended
-Sunscreen or rain gear (depending on weather)
What to expect?
-Having a blast!
When/where to meet?
-If you are planning on riding with us, meet on the 1st floor of Tate by the couches
-If you are riding with us, meet in Tate at 1:30 PM
-If you are driving your self, meet at the UGArden site at 2:00 PM
