Are you interested in becoming a Campus Kitchen at UGA (CKUGA) team member during Spring 2019? Do you want to lead a group of volunteers in cooking meals for the underserved in the Athens-Clarke County Area? Consider "shadowing" a culinary shift with Campus Kitchen during early November. Attending this shift will give you a sense of the responsibilities and culinary experience required to cook for CKUGA. If you want to become a culinary shift leader, shadowing (or previous volunteering experience with CKUGA) is mandatory!
Please meet in the lobby of Talmage Terrace-Lanier Gardens (801 Riverhill Drive) at 5:30pm on the given day.
1. Not required if you're planning on doing delivery or recovery shifts during Spring 2019.
2. Please wear long pants, a shirt covering your shoulders, close-toed shoes, and a hat.
3. Service-learning students are welcome to attend if interested in becoming a shift leader, but cannot receive hours for this shift.
