About
Community Outreach Assistants motivate prospective blood donors, educate the public about the need for donations and the patients that these donations help, and assist with health fairs, community events, blood drives and sign-up tables at churches, businesses and schools. Community outreach activities occur seven days a week all over the Austin and Central Texas area on an as needed basis. Shifts vary depending on the event or opportunity.
Volunteers must be at least 17 years of age or older.
