UGArden Workday with Annika

WHAT TO WEAR:  Wear closed-toed shoes and clothing you are prepared to get dirty. We encourage you to wear sunscreen, sunglasses and/or a hat, and bring a water bottle. It’s important to stay hydrated!

DIRECTIONS FROM CAMPUS:  Go west on East Campus Road and turn left onto South Milledge at the light. Stay straight through the next two lights, which will take you under the loop. From the loop, remain on S. Milledge Ave. Go past the UGA Soccer Stadium (on your right), stay on S. Milledge Ave. Just past the Botanical Garden entrance, turn right at the black sign that says UGArden. Our barn, office, and main entrance will be on your left. UGARDEN BUS: You can also take the S. Milledge Ave./Riverbend Road bus, which originates at the Biology Building to and goes to UGArden every 20 minutes throughout the day (Timetable: http://www.transit.uga.edu/sites/transit.uga.edu/files/Riverbend_SMilledge_0315.pdf). PARKING & MEETING SPOT:  Once you’ve turned off S. Milledge and into the UGArden Entrance, drive past the barn and take your first left, and then an immediate right into our brand new parking lot!  We will meet at the big building (barn), inside the silver fence.
