SAGE is a Portland-based nonprofit organization that believes in generational equity - each generation improves the quality of life for the next.

SAGE's Leaders Action Board (LAB) serves as a bridge between generations collaborating for a brighter future. We engage emerging leaders aged 18 through 35 who want to be part of our intergenerational community.

The LAB works to:

  • Promote opportunities to give forward in all stages of life.
  • Support emerging leaders to develop their collaboration, advocacy, and leadership skills.

As a LAB Leader, you connect with diverse partners through SAGE, while advancing your education and career. LAB Leaders meet about ten times a year, in-person, and online on occasion.
